HowTo Test

(you should work on a virtualenv)

```bash
git clone --recursive git@github.com:toulibre/PonyConf.git
cd PonyConf
pip install -U -r requirements.txt
./manage.py migrate
./manage.py runserver
./manage.py createsuperuser
```
