Any plans to add online documentation?

My rough idea:

It would make it easier for uses if it is all in one place, poutils.org/potodo, poutils.org/powrap etc. (Additional idea: route X.poutils.org to their respective page)

I am happy to write the documentation and help with the domain initial domain cost (6.55 euros on namecheap today, so it is not bad, I presume PSF would probably give a grant to buy it for a few years ahead). Then for hosting we have the usual suspects (While not open source, they are footing the bill, so for me they are fine), RTD, cloudflare pages (I like theirs) and gh pages.
